What we Specialise in:
We will arrange an initial consultation survey and find out what the event is all about, and take details of personal requirements; we will then design a personal package that suits your requirements and budget. No event is too small, we can cater for small house, garden parties to large events, and still offer a friendly personal service.
We will also give you options and choice of size of marquee or venue and will then provide a choice of menu’s, bar package, entertainment package, toilet units, pa systems, generator’s and lighting. Should you require a photographer to capture those special moments we can arrange this as part of your package.
All can be delivered in your desired colour scheme or theme. Details and final costing’s are written on receipt that the package accommodates all your needs. We then design a plan and layout of how venue will be designed.
The week before your event we will contact you to arrange a set up day and time to ensure enough time is available for any extra’s to be added should you wish too. All the team will adhere to company health and safety requirements and hi visability vests and safety boots will be worn at all times whilst on site.
Progress reports or site visits may take place to help you be a part of the preparation should you wish to.
Once the venue is fully prepared our uniformed bar and catering staff will arrive to ensure customer service is delivered to an exceptional standard. Our staff are highly trained and will truly help make your event one to remember.
After the event is finished all post event dismantling will take place again at suitable times for all concerned.
